The Custom LEGO Modular Baroque Food Shop is a four storey fully tiled and furnished modular building freely inspired from Art Nouveau Architecture and built on a 16 x 32 studs Baseplate.

It comes with a 137 pages building instruction pdf file and amounts to 1907 or 1338 LEGO parts, whether in its complete or untiled-unfurnished version. The ground floor is independent from the upper floors and hosts a food shop including a butcher stand, a fruit and vegetable stand, a backer stand, a drink vending machine, and a cashier. The three upper floors are interconnected. The first floor is reached through the side outdor staircase and hosts an entrance lobby with stairs accessing the upper floor, a living room with a sofa and armchair, and an open kitchen. The second floor hosts a master bedroom with a bathroom equipped with toilets, a sink, and a shower. A ladder gives access to the attic which is an open untiled space with a rear terrace. The roof is a very special piece of work and quite fun to build.
