The Custom LEGO Modular Brick Alley Condominium built on a 32 x 32 studs Baseplate is a fully tiled and furnished four storey building whose originality comes from the brick walled façade. The ground floor is formed of a low ceiling basement floor hosts a crate storage area together and a computer server area. The first floor can be accessed from the front and from the back and both entrances open on a common staircase giving access to the upper floors. The first floor hosts a computing company with a large open office facility and the director office. The second floor is occupied by one bedroom apartment equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom. The top floor landing give access to a smaller one bedroom apartment also equipped with a kitchen and bathroom and to a small storage room.
