LEGO Modular Gran Victorian House

The Custom LEGO Modular Gran Victorian House built on a 32 x 32 studs Baseplate is an elegant fully tiled and furnished four storey house inspired by California Victorian houses such as the Painted Ladies in San Francisco. The Victorian touch is given by large bow windows on the first and second floor and decorated roof fringes. The ground floor is independent from the upper floors, hosting a large garage space with a workbench, a storage area, and a back terrace with a shadded salon area. The three upper floors are all interconnected. The first floor is reached by through an imposing staircase and hosts an entrance lobby with a staircase accessing the upper floor, a large living room with a corner sofa and a fireplace, a dining room, a fuly equiped separated kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the one below. The second floor, hosts one large bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a toilet, a sink and a shower. The top floor is a open space with a bedroom recess and a large living room with a sofa and an armchair and a long bookshelf. The roof is fully covered with dark red tiles.
