The Custom LEGO Modular Commodore Dynasty Tower House is an impressive fully tiled and furnished four storey house inherited from a 19th Century Navy Commodore built on a 32 x 32 studs Baseplate.

Here is a huge model coming with a 236 pages step-by-step building instruction booklet in pdf format and amounting to a grand total of 3638 or 2238 LEGO parts whether in its complete or untiled-unfurnished version. The ground floor is independent from the upper floors, hosting a servant quarter with a large dining and living room, including a fireplace, and a large kitchen with a food reserve to prepare the meals for the housemaster family. The three upper floors are interconnected. The first floor is reached by through an imposing double staircase and hosts an entrance lobby with a staircase accessing the upper floor, a large living room with 2 sofas, including an armored middle age statue, a fully equipped dressing room with mirror and finally a computer office (reached the 21st Century after all !). The second floor, with its bust of the said Commodore nested in the facade, hosts two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a toilet, a sink and a shower. That floor opens on a rear terrace with outdoor stairs reaching to the top floor. The top floor is a large open space with a living room corner and a pool table space, and it permits access to the roof terrace through the majestic tower. The said roof floor is equipped with two sun chairs and a sunshade to enjoy the open air.
