The second floor, with its bust of the said Commodore nested in the facade, hosts two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a toilet, a sink and a shower. That floor opens on a rear terrace with outdoor stairs reaching to the top floor. The top floor is a large open space with a living room corner and a pool table space, and it permits access to the roof terrace through the majestic tower.
