LEGO Modular Haussmanian Building

The LEGO Custom Modular Haussmanian Building built on a 32 x 32 studs Baseplate is an elegant fully tiled and furnished four storey house freely inspired from the numerous buidings that were created in Paris according to Haussman rules. On the ground floor you wil find a luxury carpet shop and the entrance giving access to the 3 upper storeys with 4 seperate appartments. The first floor is occupied by a single appartment with a large living/dining room with a sofa and armchair, a fuly equiped separated kitchen, and a bedroom. The second floor, hosts aother single appartment with a living/dining room with a sofa, an armchair and a bookshelf, a fully equiped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The top floor hosts 2 studios each with a bedroom, a kitchen and a small bathroom.

The Haussmanian Building step-by-step building instruction booklet in pdf format is 252 pages long and corresponds to a grand total of 4001 LEGO parts + 2 Microfigs or 200 LEGO parts, whether in its complete or untiled-unfurnished version. There are 4 part list files provided:
