LEGO Modular Traditional Italian Building Block

Traditional Italian Building Block instructions booklets

The Custom LEGO Modular Traditional Italian Building Block built on 16 x 32 plus 32 x 32 studs Baseplates is gathering two fully tiled and furnished four storey buildings typically covered with Mediterranean roof tiles and separated by a narrow passage lined by the outdoor tables of an emblematic Italian trattoria, you sure can have your treat of pizza, but Italian food has so much to offer!

On the left hand side is a residential building with a dark red facade and on the right hand side is a combined commercial and residential building with a medium blue façade. The right hand side building hosts a kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, a master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, a bedroom and tv corner on the second floor and a converted attic space and Italian terrace on the roof floor. The right hand side building hosts a trattoria restaurant in the back with a pizza oven, take away stand, and inside tables in the back and a grocery store catering service store in the front (have a try at their lasagna) on the ground floor; a living room, bedroom and small toilet room on the first foor; a kitchen, a dining space and a large open terrace with table, relax and sunshade; and finally an bare attic accessed by an outdoor ladder.

The 2 step-by-step building instructions booklets in pdf format amount to 315 pages and correspond to a grand total of 5292 or 3322 LEGO® parts, whether in its completely tiled and furnished version or its untiled-unfurnished version. There are 4 part list files provided corresponding to the usual XML (Brinklink) and XLS (Spreadsheet) formats for the full and bare versions
